Our Definition of a Sales Closer

You are the driving force that identifies and propels deals across the finish line. Your job is to engage prospects, uncover and document their needs, and position our activation onboarding services as their solution.

You'll interface with founders, CEOs, and decision makers through calls, demos, and presentations. Your mission is to establish trust quickly and influence them to take action.

At Inturact, closing deals is both an art and a science. It requires carefully honing your ability to listen, strategize, and persuade. It's not about sneaky tricks or manipulative tactics - it's about understanding what truly motivates your prospect.

You'll have the autonomy to develop relationships in your own style. But you'll also receive world-class training in proven methodologies. We'll equip you with the tools and insights to become a elite closer.

We are looking for closers who get motivated by progressing deals and earning commissions. You believe in the value of our services and become a trusted advisor to prospects by understanding their pain and how we can solve it. You are persistent but ethical, knowing when to advance and when to walk away. 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential new clients through targeted account selling
  • Follow up with inbound leads from our marketing team and partner with our lead gen SDR
  • Build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospects
  • Conduct sales presentations and discovery calls to showcase our service value
  • Know when to say, "I don't know" and bring in someone else from our team to support you
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with sales development to optimize pipeline
  • Work with our marketing team to get you leads and sales enablement materials

What you need to be considered

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, SaaS preferred
  • Track record of overachieving sales quotas
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with sales tools and CRM
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing
