We have implemented a Twitter script to collect conversion tracking data; and collect data for remarketing purposes. The website tag for remarketing allows you to use the web approach to tailored audiences; i.e. create an audience composed of cookie IDs, in order to remarket to users on Twitter based on their prior visits to the websites where your website tag is present.
